Meghan McCain Rips Greta Van Susteren For Lindsay Lohan White House Dinner Invite
Meghan McCain is bashing Fox News' Greta Van Susteren on Twitter for inviting Lindsay Lohan to this weekend's White House Correspondents' Association dinner.
Not just for the sake of hating on Lohan, a la Rosie O'Donnell.
“Let me get this straight,” Meghan McCain, 27, tweeted. “Greta Van Susteren is bringing Lindsay Lohan to the WHC Dinner but has a moral offense to Louie C.K?”
In March, Van Susteren called for a boycott of the Radio/TV Correspondence Dinner over comedian C.K.'s past controversial statements about women.
"The headliner of this year’s Radio and Television Correspondents Dinner is “comedian” Louis C.K. Comedian? I don’t think so. Pig? yes," she wrote.
"He uses filthy language about women. Yes, the C word…and yes, even to describe a woman candidate for Vice President of the United States. It isn’t just Governor Palin he denigrates. He denigrates all women and looks to the crowd to laugh."
Apparently Megs isn't offended ... except by Greta. The daughter of U.S. Sen. John McCain may not be crazy about Lindsay attending, but she's still going.
The Republican blogger, columnist and author Tweeted that she's "headed to DC for the nerd prom." Just hope they don't seat her with Greta or LiLo.

'Five-Year Engagement': The Reviews Are In!
Critics agree that talented cast of Jason Segel, Emily Blunt, Chris Pratt and Alison Brie brings honest script to life.

"The Five-Year Engagement," starring Jason Segel and Emily Blunt, doesn't adhere to the same predictable romantic-comedy formula audiences are used to seeing. It doesn't open with a comedic meet-cute, and there's no quirky first date: The film follows Violet Barnes (Blunt) and Tom Solomon (Segel) after they're already engaged.
When we meet the characters, their hurdle is how to survive a long engagement due to Violet's budding postdoctoral career.
While some critics believe the movie is a half-hour too long, most agree that the talented cast of comedians brings the honest, insightful script to life. While "Five-Year Engagement" may not be the "Bridesmaids" of 2012, the reviews suggest the film will be a weekend hit.

"The first 45 minutes or so of 'The Five-Year Engagement,' which Segel wrote with director Nicholas Stoller ('Get Him to the Greek'), pop and zing with both comic fizz and refreshing authenticity. Google's sale of a previously purchased arm of the company this morning, 3D modeling software SketchUp, to Trimble, isn't just something it does "every now and again". It's actually Google's first divestment ever, according to two sources, and we're hearing the search giant made a profit, as it sold SketchUp for more than it bought it for back in 2006. This could signal a sea change in how Larry Page executes his vision for a leaner, more focused Google. The company frequently shuts down extraneous products, but that requires redistribution of their team members internally. Karla Vanessa Perez: Pregnant With NINE Kids!
Karla Vanessa Perez, a Mexican woman already nicknamed NuevaMom by TMZ and other celebrity gossip sites, is reportedly pregnant with nine kids! NINE!
That puts Octomom to shame! Or at least beats her by one embryo.
Perez is a month away from giving birth to six girls and three boys. Like Nadya Suleman, fertility treatments led to her record-breaking multiple pregnancy.
This is not Perez. It's Octomom photoshopped in front of a Mexican flag.
Perez confirmed the news to Mexico's Notimex news agency, saying, "It's very early to think of names for the babies ... first I hope that everything goes well."
We hope so too ... during the pregnancy and afterward. In Octomom's case, it has not, judging by the fact that she's now on welfare and may lose her kids.
No word yet if NuevaMom is also unmarried, with six offspring already, financially insolvent to the point where her kids have to poop outside, and/or insane.

Shape Security: Kleiner Perkins & TomorrowVentures Lead $6M Round In Stealth Security Startup
Big corporations have been riddled by security attacks over the past year, and hackers are seemingly only becoming bolder and more resolute. As a result, market research firm The Radicati Group said that it expects the corporate web security market to grow to $2.5 billion over the next four years. It's in this climate that a young, stealth startup is trying to put companies back on the offensive, and some notable Silicon Valley investors are buying in. Mountain View-based Shape Security is announcing this morning that it has raised $6 million in series A financing, led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt's TomorrowVentures. Sony ST21i 'Tapioca' spotted, Xperia Sola gets a little brother
We've seen references to a budget-oriented Sony phone codenamed "Tapioca" before, but until now the device itself has remained a mystery. Things are becoming a little clearer today, however, with the first leaked images of the phone showing up on Greek site ?Techblog?. Rumored specs, included along with the photos, include a 3.2-inch HVGA screen, an 800MHz CPU, 512MB of RAM and a 3MP camera. Interestingly for a budget device, the Tapioca is said to run Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, so it looks like Sony's had no trouble packing ICS onto lower-end hardware.
The front of the device is the spitting image of the Xperia Sola, a mid-range Sony handset that made waves shortly after MWC due to its "floating touch" tech. Given the Tapioca's budget leanings, though, we'd be surprised to see floating touch lurking inside this device. No pricing or availability details are provided along with today's leak, but an earlier roadmap suggests it'll hit in July around the €150 mark.
